Cameron Mitchell Homes is dedicated to providing you with a great experience during the home building process. This is an exciting time in your life and we believe you can enjoy it better if you know what to expect in each phase of construction as we work together to build your dream home. We have put together a 9 step guide to help you understand the different phases of construction and order they are performed during the building process. This is an overview of the building process and should only be used as a reference.

Before Construction Can Begin

• Plans – Home plans will need to be selected or designed with final design approval.
• Building Lot – Building lot selection whether you currently own your lot or will purchase at the time we start construction.
• Contract – Once we have finalized plan details, specifications, finish details, and lot selection, we can provide you with quote to build your home. Upon agreement we can move forward with completion of the contract documents.
• Financing – There are numerous options to finance your new home and we can work with you to find a lender who can determine the best option for you.
